Our Chefs tasting Platter is ideal for a group of 4 or more, designed with the spirit of sharing in mind.
300g of beef brisket imported from Australia, premium quality, smoked LOW and SLOW for 12 hours. Genuine USA pork ribs, Saint-Louis cut and pulled pork, seasoned with our special dry rub. A free range chicken, juicy and tasty with crispy skin, 2 sausages and 3 side dishes of choice complete this signature dish.
Our meats are smoked with Balinese rambutan wood from north Bali and using traditional techniques from the USA.
